What does AWB number mean?+
AWB stands for Air Waybill. It is the unique tracking number assigned to your shipment at the time of booking — also called Tracking ID, Waybill Number, or Consignment Number.
Which zones does Delhivery cover?+
Delhivery covers all zones — North, South, East, West and Central India, across 18,500+ pincodes. Use the Zone Coverage tab to check specific states.
Why is my tracking number showing not found?+
The AWB may belong to a different carrier. Use the "Try Other Carriers" links shown after a search result — your number is pre-filled. Also, first tracking update can take 4–8 hours after booking.
