Estimate toll charges for road trips on Indian national highways — 14 popular routes with FASTag discount and vehicle category.
FASTag is an RFID sticker allowing electronic toll payment. Mandatory for all four-wheelers on national highways since February 2021. Vehicles without FASTag are charged double at most plazas. FASTag gives 25% discount on NHAI tolls.
Recharge via your bank app, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, or the NETC FASTag portal. Balance is deducted automatically at toll plazas.
Use the NHAI One app or Google Maps. NHAI's IHMCL portal (ihmcl.com) has the official toll rate list for all national highway plazas.
Approximate toll for Delhi–Mumbai (NH48, 1,420 km) is ₹1,560 without FASTag or ₹1,170 with FASTag (25% off) for a car. Passes through major plazas in Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
